Pega Certified Lead System Architect with Customer Services Framework experience. Experience in Integrating with CSAAS-Customer Service as a service.

Work with the development team and product owner to understand the system and requirements and project delivery.

Create low-level design documents for enterprise class structure, data model and data classes based on the signed off system requirement.

Develop and design applications using PEGA PRPC components like Process Flows, UI (harness, sections), Connectors, Decision Tables and Decision Trees.

Utilize advanced PEGA features like Agents and Listeners.

Conducts code reviews and ensure coding standards and practices.

Performing Proof of Concepts to ensure optimal performance.

Eliminate having to contact support with questions about design and capabilities.

An authoritative source of information concerning Pega architecture, Pega development and Pega implementation.

An individual with proven track record for implementing large scale projects.

Defect fixes and debugging using clipboard tool for the application PEGA code in different testing phases, deployment planning.
